Ancient Akkadian tablet describing an emoticon?

Today I received a plaster cast and rough translation of a previously-unreleased-to-the-public Sumerian tablet. It has been dated to approximately 2035 B.C., which coincided perfectly with 2015RQ12's orbital pattern of extended proximity to Earth every 270 years!

On its surface, this tablet's events are rather mundane. They describe a farmer who heard unspecified strange noises in the sky, and shortly after saw a "black object, like a great ball in the sky," which after hovering briefly over his fields, "flew upward at great speed."

The farmer later found an odd set of markings etched in the side of his home. These markings were not directly copied, but were described. They were described as a circle and short line, one above the other, with a curving line beside them both.

Sounds like an emoticon! Could it be that 2015RQ12 exists outside our dimensions? Perhaps it experiences the dimension we call "time" in a non-linear fashion!
